Your Money Stays Local!
PATH to the Cure (P2C) is not just a 5K walk/run…it’s a communityfest! We’re ‘more than a 5K’ because we strive to be. We’re about bringing the community together in a celebration of women for meaningful, healthy family fun.
P2C was inspired on a foundation of service and compassion for our community. Our collaborative intention is to raise money - AND KEEP IT LOCAL - to support causes in our community that our neighbors rely upon for good health.
Our intention is to create WIN-WIN-WIN situations in our community by partnering with local business and government on behalf of the collective benefit for our larger tri-state community. If you are interested in having fun and contributing to something meaningful in your community, P2C is the place to be!
We hope to see your smile at the Big Sandy Superstore Arena on September 28, 2014! Dress up and get your pink on… or dress up in your very best getup! It’s always a fun party with P2C!
So what’s a WIN-WIN-WIN?
A WIN-WIN-WIN is when all paths lead to something positive in our community.
WIN #1 – P2C wins by raising funds hosting a fun event that allows us to donate money to two important causes that improve health in our community - St. Mary's Pink Ribbon Fundand the P.A.T.H. (Paul Ambrose Trail for Health).
WIN #2 – Businesses and local government win by reaping the benefits of supporting a meaningful local cause while gaining further positive exposure in the community.
WIN #3 – The community wins by having resources available to them locally that they can use for healthy benefit and rely upon in a time of need. Community also wins by gathering family and friends for a fun meaningful event which has been created to create smiles, connection, good health and community inspiration.
WIN #1 + WIN #2 + WIN#3 = Something positive and meaningful for everyone in our community!
There’s room for everyone to support and participate with P2C. Find your special niche.
